Conference Sponsors

The main goals of this conference are to foster leadership, and attain greater diversity and inclusion within the Nebraska workforce and community. This event integrates leadership development, diversity and cultural awareness.  The Nebraska Hispanic Chamber Foundation intends to promote the understanding of diversity beyond the idea of minorities and women.  Because of the nature of our organization, it is equally important to increase the representation of the Latino –  Hispanic population in business, industry, nonprofit, foundations, boards and government sectors. Ultimately, a diverse workforce enhances the quality of individuals needed to address the needs of our increasingly diverse and complex communities.
